Description
The Monza Side Table reads less like an ordinary side table and more like a small sculpture, with a round dark wood top, a champagne-tone metal leg and a veined, marble-dust-coated body. A fine metal line runs across the top to its edge, turning the point where the leg meets the top into a crafted detail.
The top is carried by a flat metal plate and, beside it, an organically shaped body whose stone texture comes from a marble-dust coating over a wooden core. This meeting of materials sums up the Monza Collection, which brings wood, metal and stone textures together. It makes a standalone statement beside an armchair, next to the bed or in a balcony corner. Used with the Monza Coffee Table, the matching stone bases and wood tops tie the living room together, and the piece shares its material family with the Monza Sofa Set and Monza Living Unit.
